From Carroway Island, goods do not simply depart—they are entrusted to the uncertain hands of tide, weather, and those who carry them beyond our shores. While every effort is made to see each parcel properly sent, what follows are the terms by which such deliveries are undertaken and understood. 

Orders are typically processed within:

• 2–5 business days 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 3–10 business days 
• International Orders: 7–21 business days 

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size 
• Destination

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 

If an issue arises, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
